Terms and Conditions Motorcycle Tours in Thailand

All motorcycle riders must have a valid motorcycle license. The guest will be required to produce their original driver license and passport prior to beginning tour.

Harley Tours Thailand will make every effort to ensure our guests safety, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events beyond our control. A signed release will be required by Harley Tours Thailand from all motorcycle riders and passengers before the tour begins. Harley Tours Thailand accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage.

To book a Thailand motorcycle tour with Harley Tours Thailand a 30% deposit is required. Deposits for canceled tours will be fully refunded (minus any bank charges or other costs incurred in the transfer) for tour cancellations if cancellation is made 60 days before the booked date. A fee equal to 50% of the deposit will be charged cancellations made less than 60 days but greater than 30 days before date of the motorcycle tour. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled date will be forfeited. Cancellations due to acts of war, natural disaster or other “acts of God” (or man for that matter) will be considered for full refund, please let us know.
The balance of all fees must be paid before the tour begins.

All traffic fines are the responsibility of the rider.

Harley Tours Thailand provides helmets (required by Thailand Law). All other protective gear is the responsibility of the customer. Boots, protective clothing, and gloves for riders and passengers are strongly advised.

Harley Tours Thailand provide breakfast at the hotel; normally an international buffet. Due to popular demand by guests to arrange their own Meals Harley Tours Thailand does not provide lunch or dinner. We do stop at locations where a wide choice is available.

Pillion passenger on motorcycle, and guests traveling in the support vehicle we be charged 40% of the tour cost.

Harley Tours Thailand will collect you from the airport, hotel, or accommodation, at the beginning of the tour. At the end of the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel, accommodation, or the airport.

All fuel is supplied by Harley Tours Thailand.

Any damage, mechanical or electrical failure on any Harley Tours Thailand motorcycle must be reported to the tour leader immediately.
